My family is all grown up. I’m the youngest out of my immediate family, so we have long tossed aside many of the younger games we enjoyed when I was a kid. Thank goodness for the recent boom in adult-targeted board games that put Hungry Hungry Hippos to shame, and I’m not talking about all the raunchy ones like Card Against Humanity either, just good ole mature fun. Halloween is gonna be here before you know it and in my expert opinion, it’s time to bust out the horror films and get the house decorated. I was looking through lists like “The Top 100 Halloween Movies” or “The Best Halloween Movies of All Time” and I feel like there were a lot of my favorites missing. So here is a list of Halloween movies that are considered classics and a must watch for my family and me.

Stop waiting for the next film to come to Redbox or DVD and try something new (or would it be old?). Just because a film is older doesn’t mean its story lost value.
