Oh, holy cow you guys. I think I might be allergic to dairy (cue sarcastic half-hearted woo’s). I currently am working on eating dairy-free and egg-free (already an allergen I just didn’t take it as seriously as I should’ve) for the next four weeks to test the waters, and we’ve been gluten-free for a couple years now. When thinking of going dairy-free it sounded really daunting, not gonna lie.
This recipe gives you a delicious combination of a quiche and breakfast sandwich all baked into one, and EVERY bite is like that. The cheese creates little puddles of goodness throughout the loaf and if you reheat a slice in an oven, toaster oven, or air fryer, the whole outside becomes a toasty cheesy shell and it’s ah-mazing. However, that is not the end to this beautiful piece of art, it also tastes freshly baked when reheated, like c’mon, how much better can this bread be??

Sugar cookies are always a fun holiday treat. They are simple, fun to decorate, and an activity you can get the whole family in on. There aren’t many gluten-free (GF) sugar cookie options out there. I scoured the internet and looked for weeks at local stores and all I scrounged up were three options. However, after some digging, it looks like these are the only ones that are readily available year round. So which cookies are worth the buy and which should never make it into the cart?
If you are a fan of the sweet and salty flavor combination, this is the perfect treat for you. Buttered popcorn wrapped in gooey marshmallow and filled with whatever candy you desire (my favorite is peanut M&M’s). This recipe is as easy as rice Krispies but personally, I think they are a whole lot better (seriously rice Krispies, you better watch your back).

Recently, it has come to my attention that most store-bought advent calendars in America are lame. Either they are filled with cheap and cruddy chocolate, made purely for kids, or very very expensive. Not in my house. I want the extravagant calendar filled with amazing treats but don’t want to break the bank.
