Vanilla and Orange Persimmon Cognac Cocktail Recipe

You better clear your schedule and get to the closest grocery store for some persimmons because you are not gonna want to miss out on this beauty. This cocktail is sweet with a hint of honey flavor from the persimmon that pairs beautifully with the citrus of the orange. The cognac is the perfect alcohol for this drink and everything is wrapped in a warm vanilla hug. I’m not kidding when I say this is the best darn fall cocktail you can get your hands on.

Harvest Apple Spiced Iced Tea (Red Robin Copycat Recipe)

Okay, I don’t know if everyone besides me has heard of this creation before, but holy cow are these things good. It’s basically sweet and spiced apple cider meets cold and refreshing black iced tea (but who says it has to be iced? 😉 ). When I researched this drink after getting it at Red Robin I found a lot of variations so I will provide three options to bring this deliciousness home. There are a ton of recipes, but seeing as Red Robin just recently released their version, there aren’t many copycats, so one of the recipes will be a direct copycat and the other two will be just as good variants so Y’all have options (who doesn’t love options?).

P.S. Love Mom: Pumpkin Pie (A Passed Down Recipe)

Pumpkin pie, the quintessential fall dessert that has somehow snuck its way into three holidays and I am certainly not complaining. This was/is a family favorite for us (which almost all in this series are, but this one was made the most often). My mother would make this for holidays, just because, and most importantly my sisters birthday (October babies unite). This recipe is relatively easy compared to the other recipes I’ve read (some pumpkin gymnastics people be tryin’ to pull), and it will be a showstopper, promise.

Lightly Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash Soup Recipe (gluten-free)

You better get ready, because I’m going full-Fall right now. Yesterday it was finally cold enough for us to flip from AC to heat and I made soup (oh the heavens were shining down on me that day)! I’m celebrating while I can though because tomorrow it’s back up to 80°F…but I already broke out the scarves so it looks like our AC bill is about to go up! Did I mention that this soup is the one I made yesterday? This recipe is the most quintessential cold-weather recipe I can think of. It’s delicate and light but still has a beautiful velvety texture. The soup is a bit sweet and overall lightly spiced for a bit of warmth on the tongue. Just click through already, you know you want to make the darn thing!

P.S. Love Mom: The Perfect Apple Cider (A Passed Down Recipe)

This is one of my favorite recipes from my mom. It’s warming, sweet, deliciously spiced, and has a bit of butter that really brings it all together and coats your throat for the ultimate cold-weather beverage. This recipe is super simple, and whenever my mother used to make it people would act like she spent hours slaving over it (which is not the case).

Spiced Pear + Bourbon Autumn Cocktail Recipe

Halloween decorations have hit stores, the pumpkin spice latte has been gaining buzz, and darn it I think it’s time for Fall! So, what better way to welcome fall than with a Fall spiced pear cocktail that is still very refreshing for these last few warm weeks. This beautiful cocktail combines fresh pear, spices, bourbon, a splash of lemon, and it’s all topped off with a bit of bubbly ginger ale. It is refreshing and not overly sweet, but definitely gets me in the Fall mood.
